A sandy beach backed by cliffs, a promenade and beach huts. There are rocky areas at low tide revealing rock pools to explore. Dumpton Gap is quieter than some of the nearby beaches of Broadstairs and Ramsgate. Facilities include public toilets and a cafe. There is on-street parking close to the beach which can get busy in the summer.
