Ruby Bay is located to the south east of the town of Elie on the north coast of the Firth of Forth. It is a sheltered, sandy bay of approximately 0.3 km in length. The bay is a popular place to view wildlife and birds.
Water quality is classified as "Excellent" based on samples taken from the previous 4 years, 2021 through to 2024.
