Findhorn Beach

Findhorn beach is located within the Moray Firth at the mouth of Findhorn Bay next to the village of Findhorn. It is a 1.5 km stretch that sits at the western end of the sweeping Burghead Bay. The beach is backed by dunes, a caravan site and the Findhorn Bay Nature Reserve. The beach is prized for its unspoilt golden sands and is popular in particular with wildlife and water sports enthusiasts. The area is an important habitat for birds.

Water quality is classified as "Excellent" based on samples taken from the previous 4 years, 2021 through to 2024.
