Fisherrow Sands is a relatively small area of sandy beach. It is situated in between the town of Musselburgh and the Joppa area of Edinburgh. The bathing water is adjacent to Fisherrow Harbour and southwest of the mouth of the River Esk.
Water quality is classified as "Poor" based on samples taken from the previous 4 years, 2021 through to 2024. Swimming is not advised.
