A sand and pebble beach with some rocky areas, situated to the west of Gyles Quay Pier. It has two slipways and a promenade to rear. The beach and pier are overlooked by a caravan park on the hill behind. Gyles Quay is a fishing port and a popular place for swimming and crab fishing.
