Accessed from the Murrough Car Park, close to the port access bridge at the north end of Wicklow town. It is a long gravelly beach that can shelve quickly into deep water. The beach is a two minute walk from the car park.
Water quality is classified as "Excellent" based on samples taken from the previous 4 years, 2021 through to 2024.
