Torrisdale Bay Beach

Caithness, Scotland

A mile-long sandy beach backed by sand dunes. It is bordered by the River Naver to the east and the River Borgie to the west, where the shipwreck of the SS John Randolph can be seen at low tide. The beach is accessible only by foot. There is a small car park situated south west, close to the River Borgie (about a 15 minute walk away).
