Traeth Porthor

Gwynedd, Wales

A picturesque sandy beach backed by cliffs. It’s famously known as ‘Whistling Sands’, due to the sound the uniquely shaped sand grains make underfoot. There is a National Trust car park close by and toilet facilities available during the summer months.
