Whitesands beach is located approximately 3km south east of Dunbar in East Lothian. It is a small, shallow enclosed sandy bay, approximately 700 metres long. The beach is popular with walkers and picnickers.
Water quality is classified as "Excellent" based on samples taken from the previous 4 years, 2021 through to 2024.
